...in Partnership with The Wounded Warriors in Transition Unit (WTU) The Soldier & Family Assistance Center (SFAC) provides guidance, assistance, information and referral and linkage to health care, employment and education services, and other support agencies to facilitate the Wounded Soldier’s rapid recovery. The vision of the SFAC is to foster self-reliance and resiliency in the continuum of care of Soldiers and their Families so they can focus on their mission to heal. The SFAC will work with USAG-HD services and programs to provide a seamless transition and prevent unnecessary procedural delays, and promote conditions that facilitate Soldiers' physical, mental and spiritual healing process.
