The Information & Referral Program (I&R) is there for you when you need help and don’t know where to find it.
I&R provides information to Soldiers, family members and DA civilians regarding both military and civilian agencies available. A comprehensive resource file, Army One Source and other reference materials will help you find the appropriate resources.
I&R refers clients to the appropriate agencies by providing contact information such as phone numbers, address, point of contact and hours of operation.
I&R offers a special Host Nation Service, which includes uncertified translations of German correspondence and bills. The ACS representative will help you translate and understand your utility and telephone bills. Information on the local bus and railway system and flyers on local tourist attractions and current events in the area are available.
