Children can test their knowledge with the African American Heritage quiz. All correct quizzes will be entered in a drawing for a prize on Feb. 29. Open to all 1st-8th graders. Quiz can be entered at either library location.

Army Community Service:
Military Saves Week: Feb. 19-26. Take the Saver Pledge at ACS, the PHV Commissary or the PHV Library as a personal commitment to become a saver. You'll also be entered into the ACS drawing where you could be the lucky winner of a Dave Ramsey financial kit. Winner will be announced on Feb. 27.
Super Saver Contest: Feb. 19-24. How much can you save at the commissary? Enter the Super Saver Contest by bringing your commissary receipt showing the total dollar amount saved to any USAG BW ACS Office. If you save the most you could win $100 worth of free groceries! Receipts must be dated within the contest time frame. Winner will be announced on Feb. 27.
