Promotion Rules and Regulations:

This promotion will run in all three USAG Baden-Württemberg communities (Heidelberg, Kaiserslautern and Mannheim) from April 1-July 4.

How to win:

a. Website Winners: Click on Rob the Dog when you find him on the FMWR website and register to win the daily prize. One winner will be chosen daily and will receive an FMWR prize pack.

b. Passport Winners: Get 8 stamps in your FMWR passport by using (not just visiting) various facilities. Each community will have its own passport with the FMWR facility names represented inside. Passports can be picked up at any FMWR facility, or downloaded from the mwrgermany.com website (see the box to the right). After you get 8 stamps, drop your passport in the drop box at the PX or Commissary in your community to enter to win a weekly prize ($10 coupon to any FMWR facility). One winner will be chosen every week. In Kaiserslautern, the drop boxes are located at the Landstuhl Library and Army Outdoor Recreation.

c. RecTrac Winners: Anyone who signs up for RecTrac during the promotion and provides his/her e-mail address will automatically be entered to win. A monthly winner will be chosen. The winner will receive a $25 FMWR gift certificate, good at any FMWR facility.

d. Monthly Winner: Everyone who participated by registering to win will be entered into the end-of-the-month drawing. One winner will be chosen each month and the winner will receive a $25 gift certificate, good at any FMWR facility.

e. Final Winner: The Grand Prize winner will receive one free roundtrip economy class ticket from Frankfurt to any US destination within the continental US, to be presented at the Heidelberg 4th of July celebration. The second place winner will receive a free, one-week stay at Edelweiss Lodge & Resort in Garmisch, Germany. Each participant will be entered in the final prize drawing once.

Please note:

1. FMWR employees and their family members are not eligible to win.
   
2. Anyone entering to win a prize must opt-in to FMWR Marketing's e-mail distribution list, so they must have a vaid e-mail address.
   
3. People can enter to win more than once, although the final drawing will be only one entry per winner.
