BOSS Mission Statement:

BOSS provides single service members the opportunity to address issues, make changes, and enhance morale, living environments, and/or personal growth and development while having fun with other single service members and giving back to the community by volunteering. Service members assume the primary role in planning BOSS events that meet the needs and desires of single service members on the installation. BOSS councils often participate in community programs or projects that make a difference the lives of others, their community, and ultimately, them.

The THREE PILLARS of BOSS:

  • COMMUNITY SERVICE : Volunteering during events that help the community, the BOSS program, and ourselves.
  • SOLDIER WELL-BEING : Taking care of issues Service Members may have with their facilities and community.
  • RECREATION AND LEISURE : Fun, fun, fun! Taking trips and holding leisure events for soldiers to participate in.
