Grand Ballroom: The ballroom provides a unique, elegant setting for any type of large group function. The complete ballroom balcony, red velvet drapes, grand staircase, dance floor, stage and all wooden bar give any function that extra flair with the charm of a great Mississippi Delta Steamship!

Capacities:
80-400 people – Tables and chairs, including the option of using the balcony for additional seating
80-600 people – Theatre Style (chairs only)

Prices:
$ 2.50 / person – Tables and chairs
$ 1.50 / person – Theatre Style (chairs only)
$ 6.00 / table – charge for extra tables, i.e. presentation, etc.
Maximum Room Rental Fee: $ 750.00
If food is ordered for a minimum of $ 4,000.00, the room rental is free.

The Bartylla Conference Room is equipped with the necessary modern technology for your conference – computer with DVD, in-focus projector, built-in screen, wireless microphones and sound system. We offer a conference package which includes the set-up according to your specification, usage of the linens, coffee and water and the clean-up afterward. Conference refreshments can be provided at an extra charge.

Capacities:
25-80 people – Classroom Style (tables and chairs)
25-180 people – Theatre Style (chairs only)

Full day (normal conference begins at 08:00am and runs until 5:00pm):

Emerald Alley and Back 40 - The size and fun atmosphere of these rooms make them a perfect location for informal functions like birthday parties, promotion parties, hails and farewells, and other small unit get-togethers.

Kids' Party (under 18 years old)
• Emerald Alley - Spend $100 combined on bowling, food and drinks and get the room for free!
• Back 40 - Get the room for free when you spend $50 on food and drinks!
