Army Community Service Outreach Programs are designed to link a variety of military and civilian support services with Soldiers, Department of the Army Civilians, and family members.
The program seeks to recognize, identify and refer community members to appropriate services. In the USAG-Kaiserslautern, the Outreach Program is available to all I.D. card holders.
