New and currently enrolled patrons must complete and update registration annually through the Central Enrollment & Registration Office, Bldg. 2898, Pulaski Barracks. Office hours are 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday - Friday or by appointment (closed on Federal holidays).

To register, please bring:- Valid Uniformed Services ID Card
- Up-to-date Immunization Record for all children 6weeks to Grade 5
- Two full names and telephone numbers of emergency contact designees
- Copy of sponsor’s official orders or equivalent Civilian documentation
- Current Health Assessment and or sports physical ( 30 day waiver may be granted) add lind to form here
- Current end-of-the-month LES for both you and your spouse. (for contract enrollments to include full day, before and after school, part day preschool and summer camp programs )
- Please note: if your child has a special need to include food allergies, Asthma, developmental delays, please call our office to see if additional information will be required to register your child.
**Please note: In order to receive full day child care, you must be a single working parent or dual working family. Fees: Fees are based on total family income, including base pay, BAH, and BAS and are established by USAREUR in accordance with DOD guidelines.
