New and currently enrolled patrons must complete and update registration annually through the Central Enrollment & Registration Office, Bldg. 2898, Pulaski Barracks. Office hours are 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday - Friday or by appointment (closed on Federal and USAREUR training holidays).

To register, please bring:
- Valid Uniformed Services ID Card
- Up-to-date Immunization Record for all children not enrolled in DoDDS schools
- Two full names and telephone numbers of emergency contact designees
- Annual Registration Fee of $18 per child or $40 per family per year which also includes Youth Services Registration (check, cash or credit card).
- Copy of sponsor’s official orders or equivalent Civilian documentation
- Last 4 of child's social security number
- Current Health Assessment for all children not enrolled in DoDDS schools or signing up for Sports and Instructional classes
- Current end-of-the-month LES for both you and your spouse. (for contract enrollments to include full day p, before and after school, part day preschool and summer camps )
- Please note: if your child has a special need to include food allergies, Asthma, developmental delays, please call our office to see if additional information will be required to register your child.
- Annual Registration Fee: $18 per child or $40 per family per year, which also includes Youth Services Registration (check or cash only)

**Please note: In order to receive full day child care, you must be a single working parent or dual working family. Fees: Fees are based on total family income, including base pay, BAH, and BAS and are established by USAREUR in accordance with DOD guidelines.
