The Village Pavilion's mission is to meet the needs of the Heidelberg community (as well as all of USAREUR and IMCOM-E) by providing catering services for conferences and special events throughout the community. 2008 marks the Village Pavilion's 58th year of operation.

The Village Pavilion is a cornerstone of the Heidelberg community, conveniently located on Patrick Henry Village, across the street from the Heidelberg Guesthouse. We are happy to provide our guests with a safe and relaxed on-post environment to conduct their function or special event.

Conference: The facility is comprised of a ballroom and seven conference rooms, each with modern audio-visual equipment and internet connections. This state-of-the-art conference and catering venue can host major protocol functions, dinners, weddings, bazaars and special events, as well as functions for smaller groups and organizations.

Catering: The Village Pavilion offers off-site catering services for any size event.

Rental Items: If you decide to throw your own party, keep in mind that the Village Pavilion has rental items available if you need extra banquet tables and chairs, table cloths, chafing dishes, glassware, china or miscellaneous serving items.

The Heidelberg Arts & Crafts Center will become the Heidelberg Arts & Cultural Center when it moves into our facility in early 2009. When it re-opens in February, it will feature a gallery, retail shop, art studio, quilt room, frame shop, engraving studio and pottery studio.
