The U.S. Army Garrison Heidelberg BOSS Programs are highly visible, energetic programs for Single service members, single parents, unaccompanied service members and geographically separated service members.  Our BOSS programs are primarily intended to support the overall quality of single soldier's lives in Europe.  Our programs identify community well-being issues and concerns and recommend improvements through the chain of command.  Our Europe-centric programs encourage and assist single soldiers in identifying and planning for recreational activities and give single soldiers the opportunity to participate and contribute to our communities.   Army BOSS survey now available online through www.mwr-europe.com
